Thank you for shopping with Moment Deck! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your custom cards to you.
Production Time
All orders are printed and prepared within 3 business days of payment.
Orders are not printed or produced during weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Where We Ship From
All orders are printed and shipped by our trusted partners in the United States.
Shipping Options
United States
- Standard Shipping: $5 USD, or FREE on orders over $30 — 2–5 business days.
United Kingdom, Canada & Japan
- International Standard: $25 USD, or FREE on orders over $130 — 8–15 business days.
- Due to customs complexities, we currently only ship to the United Kingdom, Canada and Japan outside the US.
- Note: Delivery time estimates do not include customs processing time, which varies by country.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number – no exceptions!
Once your cards ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also view tracking in your order history on our website.
For US orders, tracking is provided through USPS. For international orders, tracking is provided through USPS and your local postal service.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for:
- Import duties
- Taxes (VAT, GST, etc.)
- Customs processing fees
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the original order may not be refunded.
Delivery Issues
Package Not Arriving
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:
1. Check with neighbours or household members
2. Look in safe spots around your property
3. Contact your local post office
If you still can't locate your package, contact us at hello@momentdeck.com.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@momentdeck.com. If production hasn't started, we may be able to update it.
Shipping Delays
Once your cards are shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier (USPS for US, local postal services for international). Delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier capacity issues
- Customs processing (international)
- Public holidays
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
We'll do our best to help resolve any issues, but we cannot guarantee delivery times once the package leaves our facility.
Faster Shipping Options
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options. We're working on adding faster shipping in the future!
The good news: our **3-day production time** means your cards are on their way quickly.
