Designing Your Cards
Will my uploaded photo look good when printed?
For the best print results, we recommend images with a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures your photos and graphics look crisp and clear on the final printed card. If your image resolution is too low, we'll let you know in the editor so you can swap it out before ordering.
Will my design be lost if I leave the page or close my browser?
Your designs are automatically saved as drafts — no need to worry about losing your work! You can find all your saved designs on your homepage under "My Drafts" whenever you're ready to continue.
Will the printed card look exactly like my preview?
We use a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, so your preview is very close to the final product. All our cards are proudly made in the USA by professional printing partners to ensure top-notch quality. Just remember to use high-quality images (300 DPI minimum) for the best results!
Will my content fit the template properly?
Our editor shows you exactly how your content will look on the final card. If something doesn't fit quite right, you'll see it in the preview before you order.

What will the cards actually feel like?
Our cards have a smooth, premium feel with a satisfying flick when you shuffle them. They're printed on high-quality cardstock that feels great in your hands. All our cards come with beautifully rounded corners for that professional trading card feel.
Are foil cards worth the extra cost?
Our foil cards feature a stunning holographic finish — a radiant rainbow foil that gives your cards a neat, clean, eye-catching look. They're perfect for making special cards really pop! Foil cards require a minimum order of 5 cards and come with an additional charge. They really shine in person!
Checkout & Process
What happens after I click Add to Cart?
Your design is safely saved — once you complete your purchase, we'll print and ship your personalized cards. It's that simple! Your cart will take you to Shopify's secure checkout where you can complete your order.
Note: The checkout page may show a generic product image, but don't worry — your custom design is saved and that's exactly what we'll print.
Can I still edit my design after adding to cart?
Your draft remains accessible until your order is placed. You can easily get back to the editor from your homepage if you need to make changes. If you update your design, you'll need to remove the old item from your cart and add the updated design.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely! All payments go through Shopify's trusted, secure checkout. Your payment information is protected by industry-standard encryption.
What currency are the prices in?
Prices are displayed in USD, or in your local currency where available. At checkout, you'll see the final price in your currency before completing your order.
Orders & Processing
How long until my order is processed?
Incredibly fast! We print and prepare all orders within 3 business days of payment. We then ship them out the same day or the following day, depending on USPS pickup times. We don't print or produce during weekends or holidays, so orders placed on weekends will start processing on the next business day.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Because your order is custom-made and created on demand just for you, we can't accept cancellations once production has started. However, if you need to make a change, reach out to us at hello@momentdeck.com as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do!
Did my order go through? What's the status?
You'll receive a confirmation email right after your order is placed, and we'll send you tracking information once your cards ship. You can also check your order history in your account anytime.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?
Great news for our US customers — shipping is just $5, or FREE on orders over $30! Your cards will arrive within 2-5 business days.
Do you ship to my country?
Due to customs complexities, we currently only ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
- United States: $5 shipping (FREE over $30) — 2-5 business days
- UK & Canada: $25 shipping (FREE over $130) — 8-15 business days
For UK and Canada orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices.
Can I get my cards faster?
Not yet, but we're working on it! For now, we focus on getting your cards made quickly and shipped reliably. The good news is our 3-day production time means your cards are on their way fast.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Every single order, whether US or international, includes a tracking number so you can follow your cards all the way to your door.
Returns & Issues
What if I don't like what I receive?
Since every order is custom-made on demand, we can't accept returns under normal circumstances. However, if you receive the wrong order, please contact us at hello@momentdeck.com and we'll make it right.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We've got your back! If something isn't right, contact us at hello@momentdeck.com. We'll do our best to adjust and make it right for you.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We want you to love your cards! If you're not satisfied, please let us know what went wrong (pictures help if you can!) and we'll offer you a discount or coupon for your next order.
What if my cards are damaged in shipping?
We pack everything carefully and securely. Once your cards are shipped, they're in the hands of USPS (or your local postal service for international orders). That's why every order includes tracking — so you can follow along! If something arrives damaged, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.

You can reach us at hello@momentdeck.com for any questions or concerns. We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours during business days. We don't monitor emails on weekends, so if you reach out on a Saturday, you'll hear back from us by Tuesday at the latest.
